Day 3 of following the Eat Clean Diet
Meal 1: oatmeal, almond butter & banana
Meal 2: watermelon & almonds
Meal 3: tuna w/ fat free sour cream, mustard, celery & spinach on a whole grain muffin
Meal 4: Lemon chicken & Baked Grains Pilaf
Meal 5: Greek yogurt, blueberries, watermelon & granola
The Baked Grains Pilaf is AMAZING! I wasn’t sure if I was going to like it but it’s so easy to make and very tasty. I decided that I would eat dinner first & then my afternoon snack as I find that I want something sweet at the end of the day.
Total WW points = 34
For my workout I did the 45 minute Cardio Mix Turbo Jam and I was a sweaty mess. You know you worked out hard when you drink a bottle of water in one gulp.
